8. Google X Phones from Motorola

Google has acquired Motorola on August 2011 but due to extremely high mobile market competition, Motorola has not done profitable business yet. But now, Google is going to introduce Google X Phones which will have a strong battery life with more resilient features.

Google X phones are expected to release on second half of 2013. More features are yet to reveal but we expect to witness new and innovative features.

9. Google Nexus Tabs

Google has introduced its very first tablet as Nexus 7 which was estimated to have sold for around 4.6 Millions in 2012. The latest Nexus 10 was released in November 2012. Now, the company is going to release new model of Google Nexus 7 Tablet which has a  target to sell  as much as 8 Million units.

10. Google News 2.0

Google News complies all its headlines from the search algorithm they are using in which, they collects news from recognized websites that were earlier approved by Google News but now, Google is working on making its News much more user-friendly.

They are about to introduce Google News 2.0 which will allow users to personalize news content and filter them much more effectively.  Google News 2.0 Filters will be having:
  • Liberal (stories about the environment, marijuana legalization, and black children getting slapped by white teachers)
  • Conservative (direct link to Fox News)
  • Nancy Grace (murky inaccurate reportage on rapes, kidnappings, and babies in microwaves)
  • The New Yorker (same as liberal but with theater reviews and cartoon dogs)

11. Clean Energy

Developing and providing Clean Renewable Source of energy is one of the most serious target of Google.ORG (Google’s Non-Profit Arm). They are working on providing energy from renewable resources such as solar energy, wind power etc.

The project concentrates on solar-powered turbine engines and low costs heliostats (mirrors that track solar energy) to generate electricity. Google Inc. is making effort to map world’s geothermal power needs and facilitating energy resource that will be much cheaper than coal.

12. Google Talking Shoes

Google unveiled an early prototype of motion sensing “smart shoes” that is having speaker attached that can yell motivation at you when you’re being lazy. The shoes were developed as a part of experiment. It includes an accelerometer, gyroscope and bluetooth connectivity to connect with mobiles, tablets, laptops etc.
It measures your active levels and movements, the speaker on the shoe allows it to spit out one of 250 pre-recorded phrases that either praise your hustle and bustle or rag on your laziness.

13. Google SmartWatch

Recently, I came across another rumored gadget of the company, Google SmartWatch. Very similar to Google Glass, Google SmartWatch is another wearable gadget form the brand. According to the details, we have collected, the smartwatch will be having lots of features including Google Now, Google Maps, Network, Connectivity, Apps etc. The wristwatch will probably end the need of Smartphones as the gadget will hold all the features.

14. Form 1

Just as the term suggests, 3D printing is the technology that could forge your digital design into a solid real-life product. It’s nothing new for the advanced mechanical industry, but a personal 3D printer is definitely a revolutionary idea.
Everybody can create their own physical product based on their custom design, and no approval needed from any giant manufacturer! Even the James Bond’s Aston Martin which was crashed in the movie was a 3D printed product!

15. Eye Tribe

Eye tracking has been actively discussed by technology enthusiasts throughout these years, but it’s really challenging to implement. But Eye Tribe actually did this. They successfully created the technology to allow you to control your tablet, play flight simulator, and even slice fruits in Fruit Ninja only with your eye movements.

The Gadget is currently available only for Developers (hidden from normal users). It seems exciting isn’t it ???
